Our Communication Workshops are intensive, immersion language experiences. Each participant receives a minimum of 10 hours of language exposure per day, including a minimum of 1 hour of one-on-one instruction per day.

These workshops are designed to maximize your opportunity for decision making. This process of decision making enhances your ability to feel at home in the world. As your Travel & Learn Mentors we support you in this decision making process. Rather than pay us for food, accommodation, transportation and other expenses, you chose for yourself and pay accordingly. That means that you order food, book rooms, buy supplies, and reserve tickets for transportation and special events on your own. As mentors we support you in making your choices, and at the same time, the emphasis is on each of you assuming leadership in your own decision making.

To make a reservation for this communication workshop, the mentor, guide, teaching fee of $200.00 - $600.00 Cdn (sliding scale) must be paid in full 6 weeks prior to the workshop date. Payment may be made via VISA, MC or by cashiers check or postal order made out to Jürgen and Judith

Engelhardt. The accommmodation fee is payable upon arrival.

SCHOLARSHIP

We offer scholarships for the Gulf Islands and Baja, Mexico communication workshops to qualified candidates, namely, up to a 50% reduction in the mentor and accommodation fees.
You may qualify for a scholarship if you are currently involved in projects that are designed to help people. Qualified candidates for these scholarships will also demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit, have made a commitment to human rights and social responsibility, and have a record of achieving practical, innovative results.
